Our most popular plan is the PRO HUB plan that allows you to manage all your support and sales channels (call, e-mail, live chat, chatbot, social media). If you're not going to make or receive calls and if you don't need advanced features like automations and chatbots, you can choose the cheaper CRM package. If you only want to manage your cloud call center via Infoset, you can choose the CALL CENTER package. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
