You can connect your personal email address to send, receive, and track emails on Infoset. In this way, you can send and receive emails within deals, and use your personal address instead of your support@ address to provide a more personalized experience to your customers.

You can create tickets and deals from incoming emails automatically by integrating your team email addresses to Infoset.

To integrate your personal email address to Infoset:

 

  1. Go to your Profile and click Email on the left.

  2. Click Connect your personal email.

  3. After entering your email address and password, click Save.

Your email address is now connected to Infoset. Only you will be able to access this email address and use it to send and receive emails across the system.

In some cases, we may not be able to automatically detect your email settings. In this case, when you click Save, an error message will appear, Advanced Settings will open automatically and you will be asked to provide some additional settings such as Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server. After entering the correct settings for your email server, you can click Save again and complete the integration.
