Convert incoming emails into tickets or deals
Automatically convert emails from your customers into tickets or deals and manage them in Infoset
In order to create support tickets automatically from the emails sent to your support addresses, you must connect your email addresses to Infoset.
If you want to connect a Gmail or G Suite account to Infoset, you can follow the steps in this article: Connect your G Suite or Gmail account to Infoset
- Open Settings > General Settings
- Select the Email Settings menu on the left and click New Email Account on the top right
- Similar to the example below, enter your own email account settings and click Save
You can automatically convert your incoming emails to tickets by selecting a support pipeline and stage from the Pipeline / Stage dropdowns. Likewise, by choosing a sales pipeline, you can automatically turn incoming emails into deals.
After setting up your email account, you can go to a ticket or deal and click the Reply Email button to reply to your incoming emails via Infoset.
In outgoing emails, you can add people to CC, BCC, and add images/videos/files to your emails.
