Quickly reply to visitors with canned responses
Send your frequent responses to your visitors with one click by creating canned responses

Canned responses allow you to save your frequently-used responses in live chat and send them later with one click. This greatly improves the efficiency of your live support team and lets them spend their precious time on tasks that you cannot automate.
To create a canned response:
- Go to Settings > Chat Settings
- Select the Canned Responses menu from the left and click New Canned Response on the top right
- Provide a Name (e.g. "welcome message") to recognize this canned response later, enter your Message, and click Save
You can select a canned response by clicking the text-file icon under the chat input and send them to your visitors.
